SPIRAL MIXER

Our spiral mixers , small, medium and big scaled pastry, patisserie, pizza pastries have been designed for satisfying the hospital, hotel, dining hall, school, restaurant and other industrial kitchens’ paste process needs. It shortens the dough kneading duration, assures it to grow in mass by obtaining more homogeneous paste mixture and avoids the paste to get extremely hot. The spiral mixer, divider lame, tank are made of stainless steel.
