Pastry Convection Oven

Our bakery with convection’s feature is that it has been designed to product the bakeries like cake, pie, dessert, sesamed bread (simit) etc. in places which need practical production such as patisseries, restaurants and hotels. In the bottom chamber of the bakery, there is the chamber of rest equipped with heat and steam system for increasing the homogeneity of the pastes prepared to get baked. Thanks to bipartite hot air canals inside the bakery chamber, the product at each pan has been provided to get baked balancedly at equal levels. It can be transported to anywhere thanks to its wheels. The inside and outside of the bakery has been made by heat proof protective featured stainless steel.
