By providing the homogeneous heat circulation at every stage, the product is made to get baked equally at all parts. The grounds of the stages are covered with heat proof stones according to the alimentary products law, thus the possibility to bake bread on classical stone ground is provided as well. The sandwich kiln bakery is designed appropriate for all sorts of combustibles. The external surfaces has been made of stainless steel which has protective feature.
