PROOFER CHAMBER

Our branded fermentation chamber, the formed dough must be rested at the humid environment of the room temperature for increasing its homogeneity (fermentation) before the bake. For producing high quality bread, humidity and heat are needed. The fermentation chamber and air condition unit are providing those conditions necessary for producing qualified bread. It is produced by aluminum, PVC and stainless panels at desired dimensions. It is very easy to assemble and doesn’t require maintenance.
